i recently recieved a free nyc color sparkle eye dust from influenster.com and i have to say iam rather impressed by this little guy. lots of shimmer, minimal fall out, highly pigmented and very blendable would be how i would dsscribe this product.
my tip for using this product would be to get yohr self some fix+ and wet your brush before hand so you can increase the opacity and decrease the fall out.
i would say with the shimmer of the eyeshadow its a good fransition from daywear to night just by adding a little more here and there.
